Questions
What does the free trial include?
For 14 days, every browser protection of Pro is on: phishing pages, Device Code sign-in and crypto wallets, as well as everything in Free. In the console you get the core views (overview, incidents, threat events, devices, hunting), Intelligence and CSV export. You need an account with a confirmed e-mail address. No payment details are asked for. When the trial ends, the browser goes back to the Free protection by itself and your console data is kept for 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off.
How do I get a paid plan?
Payment online is not open yet. Write to us with the plan and the number of browsers; we send an offer and activate the plan on your account or organization.
Can a business try Business or Enterprise first?
Yes. We set up a pilot with the features you want to evaluate for an agreed period. Contact us.
Is Free really free?
Yes, with no account and no time limit. It keeps the core protection against copy-paste attacks and new websites on.
Where is the data kept?
In the European Union, or on your own server if you run the console yourself. See Trust & Privacy and the Data Processing Agreement.
